Happy Mother's Day, Mummy. I just want to take this day to thank you for your continued love and support that you show me. After carrying me for nine months you've taken care of me all these years, and I'm truly grateful.

Being away from home this year, chasing this masters, building a life on the other side of the world, has made me realise how much of who I am came from you. Every call, every “are you eating well?”, every reminder that you're praying for me from miles away, those things keep me steady. Happy Mother's Day again mummy!

Mummy, words don't fully capture what you mean to me, but I'll try. Thank you for the patience, the prayers, the meals, and the quiet sacrifices I'm only now starting to understand. You are the reason I know what love looks like.
